Présentation ...

En 1965, Le docteur R.L. Jappuy, de Savannah, publiait ce qui allait devenir notre "petit livre rouge", "La Méthode Jappuy" ou "Comment aller plus vite à vélo, avec moins d'effort, malgré les ravages de l'âge". Le ScotaPOwa Rumble se devait donc de créer une section Bicyclette en l'honneur de notre guide. C'est chose faite avec "L'Espoir Olympique Jappuy".

Le responsable, Roland Tricotet, est à votre disposition pour tout renseignement et vous accueille tous les dimanches, à Picpus, lors du Scootapéro .
